I have over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, supporting multiple different difrrent clients, including state and federal agencies, BFSI, and commercial organizations.

Currently, I lead a team of 25+ talented professionals at Prexel, where I manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from strategic planning and data analysis to team motivation and performance management—to ensure smooth operations and successful hiring outcomes.

I also collaborate closely with our Business Expansion and Business Development teams to align recruitment strategies.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing various sports and exploring new places through travel.
