Collaboration with IT: Coordinate with the IT department for the development and enhancement of the in-house ATS. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, workforce planning, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP). Client Services: Handle client acquisition, supplier diversity, and pricing negotiation, and provide exceptional client services. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee in-house recruitment and manage the entire recruitment delivery process for Prexel, ensuring that account Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. Technical and Professional Recruiting: Expertise in technical recruiting, professional recruiting, and managing Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI).
